Brodie Stutzman

Master Carver

Originally from the lesser Chicago area, Brodie moved to Steubenville to study at Franciscan University. After graduating with a degree in Biology, he stayed in the area for mission work and began working at the Nelson's woodshop making frames and helping with other small projects. His hidden talents wouldn't truly emerge until a year later when he helped create the first nutcracker from scratch. Under the title, "master carver," he would go on to craft and assemble all future nutcrackers. Inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann, he hopes his works “reveal an unknown kingdom to mankind.”
